Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be fully satisfied with your National Public Radio merchandise; if you are not happy with your purchase, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original, unwashed, and unworn condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Shipping Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to your package.

  Package and Ship

  Place the items in their original packaging if possible and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement item within 7-10 business days.
